As a Health & Safety professional it has become my #1 priority that the house be safe for the occupants to live in. When performing the home/property inspection, I do so as if I have my niece who is a toddler and my 100 year old grandmother with me. This way I can point out potential hazards for the very young and the elderly.
Different home inspectors have varying qualifications, equipment, experience, reporting methods and yes, different pricing. One thing for sure is that a home inspection requires a lot of work. Ultimately a thorough inspection depends heavily on the individual inspector’s own effort.
